Franziska brings extensive business know-how and leadership experience from over 6 years of top management consulting.

She previously studied management with a focus on strategic management at Lancaster University.
What attracts Franziska to her work as founder of MeMi Textiles is the diversity of the task spectrum, the complexity, which must be approached with solid methodological knowledge of problem solving as well as  creativity and agility. 

As mother, she is driven to develop a diaper that meets childrens' as well as parents' needs while contributing to sustaining the planet.
