Manuela brings extensive textile technology know-how and leadership experience from more than 6 in the automotive industry.
After her Master's degree in "Textile Technology and Management" at the University of Reutlingen, she worked in product advance development for high-tech textiles.
Her passion for textiles led to developing a sustainable diaper out of high-tech textiles - key idea is the competitiveness to disposable diapers.

For Manuela, founding a start-up means taking responsibility, making decisions, and having the opportunity to bring in her creativity.
